Q: How quickly do you respond to email? A:All emails should be answered within 24 hours Monday - Friday.
Q: How will my order be shipped? A: Most orders will be shipped USPS.
Q: Do you ship internationally? A: We do not at this time.
Q:Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska? A: Yes we do.
Q:How long does it take to process & ship orders? A: Orders are usually shipped within 1 - 2 business days (Monday-Friday)
Q: How can we pay for our order? A: We accept PayPal, money orders, cashier checks and credit cards. If paying with money order or cashier check, please email us to make sure we have the product in stock first.
Q: Can an order be canceled? A: No, once an order is placed it must go through. We do not have the capacity to halt an order in process with our delivery system.
Q: What is your refund/return/exchange policy? A: Products can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt. There will be a 25% restocking fee and shipping cost paid is not reimbursed. Must have all original packaging for returns. The item that you are returning must be in original condition. Any product sent back that has cosmetic or other damage, will be denied and no refund will be issued. Customer pays for return shipping cost to us in Mustang, Oklahoma.

Q: Can I pick up my products from your location? A: We currently do not have a will-call service.
